NFBOX is an app for people who want to lose their weight with dedicated nutrition programs created by a Therapeutic And Athletics Nutrition Specialist (Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutawaa) alongside the app user will be provided with guided exercises with a professional trainers and delicious healthy food recipes.

Lose weight, get special nutrition program based on your BMI (daily), get exercise plan and have a live consultation with Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutawaa to get answers for your questions and get a professional nutrition advices. You also will follow your progress by taking advantage of NFBOX progress graphs. You will also have access to healthy food recopies and advices videos that will boost your diet motivation.

NFBOX tools well allow you to calculate your BMI by entering your weight and height.

How app works:
User subscribes to one of the subscription plans (platinum and gold).
By entering weight and height and chronic diseases if applicable, user receives daily exercise and nutrition program based on his BMI and health condition. (Nutrition plan for each BMI range will be pre- uploaded and will be updated from time to time)
The user will be asked every two weeks to update his info, by updating the info the user will get nutrition plan for the new BMI also, he will have progress graphs to show his progress.

The user will have live consultation with the dedicated doctor where the doctor will start a live streaming and the users (Platinum users) can ask their questions and get benefits from a professional nutrition advices.
The app supports both tablet and mobile platforms. Also, it supports both Arabic and English languages.
The subscription will be renewed automatically every month.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
